I know, I KNOW, I even made it the name of this page. I didn't realize how yellow this page was going to be until I was up to putting the background in. >_<

So it looks like I should mention hypothetical fan-projects more often because a ton of you seem to be jumping on the idea of a fan dub of the comic! Even if this doesn't go anywhere I'm beyond flattered by your enthusiasm! (Here's hoping it DOES go somewhere, though! ;P) I'm going to keep my hands out of this project though as I'm excited to see what you come up with without the author of the comic putting his two cents in!

I've also decided what I'm doing for the 400th page! I hope you'll enjoy it, but I'll keep it a secret for now!

(TriforceFandom my smash mains are Ness,Mario,Jigglypuff and Ganondorf, though I play a bit of everyone)

Sorry for saying how I would do the voiceover then leave and ignore everyone's offers to help. I did see them, but every time I tried to type up a reply, I got pulled away by something. If I don't get usurped as the person managing the VAs then hopefully I would like to hear the speaking voices of the people volunteering to help before I decide which role might be best suited for them. As such, I prepared a new email account (I needed a new one anyway) that you can send a clip of you voice to. If you want to be a part of this hopeful attempt of a voiceover I would appreciate if you could send me a clip of you (by this I mean your voice and as little of any other part of you as you want) counting down from 10 in three different pitches: high, medium, and low. By 'medium,' I mean your normal speaking pitch, and high and low are as close or far from medium as you want, provided you don't go into your falsetto if you're a guy.

I don't want this post to have nothing to do with the page it's on, so I'm doubling up.

This page is great! I was expecting that with 28 different characters at least one of them was bound to be a carbon copy of another with a different face, but Dusk once again proves that each character is different in how they act, talk, and move. Also, I love how Dusk is willing to help Speedy crash the ball and/or get with Frisky if it means not being bored. Plus, I like how the bags under Dusk's eyes outline his eyes to give him more expression.

Guys, when making your voiced resume, (it sounds official now,) also just make up a voice you can do, not just the pitches. Even try to make up some voices, anything works. Also if your emailing it to AoV, please also send it to, that's me, but I'm pretty sure discord has it covered. I think.
Also please go to the discord now, I'm so bored and I want to talk to people I don't know.
ALSO the yellow tile wall makes the page have an overall theme that ties each panel together, but I would never make my bathroom yellow. That's what you get for leaving it to Frisky's parents.

Argh, I really wanna try to help dub this if this is gonna be a thing. I've been told that I'm perfect for this sorta thing, but I'm kinda nervous to do so... Should I?

@Hetreagod, you know I hate to ask this again, because I'm pretty sure you answered this question at least two times before, but I have a terrible memory, so what program do you use for your art, and are there any other free ones you might recomend?
Sky 9th Apr 2017, 12:25 PM edit delete reply
I use Painttool SAI for all my digital art! (I draw each page of DotX on paper first, though.)

I don't know about many GREAT free alternatives, but (That's the name of the program, not a website) is pretty solid! I still use it to put together the evolution charts for the SDCP. Check it out!

If you're doing Pixel Art all you need is Microsoft Paint!

You'll never know unless you try. Go for it.
