I make my comics using a program called Paint Tool Sai! What I do is only the tip of the iceberg in terms of what this program is capable of! You can check it out for yourself here!
First I draw out the page in pencil on paper and scan it into my computer. You can see what I do after that point in the timelapse vido I made! This is the easiest place to view that video.
